Terry
This hotel offers an exceptional luxurious experience with its exclusive amenities like the Spa & wellness centre, Sauna, and Massage facilities. the Garden area is well-designed, creating a calming atmosphere. the staff's service was top-notch, attentive to every detail and needs.
The only minor issue was the availability of Karaoke facilities, which I was hoping to enjoy but wasn't available.

The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and extremely comfortable. I particularly enjoyed having a separate tatami area and bedroom with dividers, as it made it easier for the kids to sleep. The private onsen bath inside the room was definitely the highlight of the trip. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the staff in the restaurants and spa were very attentive.
Everything was spot on.

All was perfect.

Jessie
The location of the hotel was great, being close to many amenities and attractions. The room itself was spacious and had a beautiful garden view. The onsen bath was relaxing and perfect for unwinding after a long day of work.
The check-in process was overly complicated and took a lot of time, which was frustrating as I was on a business trip and needed to get to my conference. the breakfast was mediocre and didn't have many options that were suitable for my dietary restrictions.

We recently had a wonderful stay at a beautiful traditional Japanese inn. Our spacious room was nicely decorated, very comfortable and had a private onsen bath - definitely the highlight of our trip. the dividers between the tatami area and bedroom helped us settle our kids to bed. We enjoyed delicious food in the impressive restaurant and opted to eat out in restaurants nearby as well. While there were no extra touches, we appreciated the outdoors area and toiletries provided.

Will
The hotel was set in a picturesque location and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. the private onsen bath was definitely the best aspect of our stay, along with the lovely Japanese toiletries provided in our room. We also appreciated the breakfast options and the flexibility to eat out in nearby restaurants.
the lack of English spoken by the staff made communication a bit difficult, and there were limited options for families with young children.
